River City Rising producers plan to conduct on-camera interviews with many of the men and women involved in the Consolidation efforts, the Local Government Study Commission (which resulted in the "Blueprint for Improvement") and the 1974 Jacksonville Community Planning Conference at Amelia Island. We also will interview those in government, civic and business leadership in the years since to learn how this pivotal move remains relevant today and into Jacksonville's future.
